Validation and verification test for control unit hardware

The "Validation test" and "Verification test" service products permit you to have control units reproducibly tested in the development phases by an ECU test specialist using the "4-eyes principle".

 

The "Validation test", also known as the "Acceptance test" is the check against the customer specifications. The quality criterion here is that the end customer requirements are met.

 

The "Verification test" is a check that all product characteristics and agree with the specifications. The quality criterion here is that internally placed requirements on the design are met.
